AFT Efforts To Improve Global Presence and Service

Many of you work for organizations located outside the USA or with a presence outside the USA. Getting timely answers to your sales and support questions wherever you are located is important in order for you to support your projects and operations.

You may not know that AFT has a network of 36 channel partners around the world that assist us in providing this kind of support. We travel frequently to visit them and they also often visit us in the USA. This year on June 9-12 AFT hosted our fourth Channel Partner Summit. During the Summit we invite our channel partners to beautiful Colorado for a few days of outdoor activities, business discussion and networking.

This year we had 18 attendees from 15 countries. We hosted the Summit at the Cliff House hotel in Manitou Springs which is near the AFT office. We went whitewater rafting and also had a wonderful luxury suite at Coors Field to watch the major league baseball Colorado Rockies defeat the Washington Nationals.

During the Summit we listened to their concerns and needs and formed plans on how to better deliver service on AFT products around the world. We had many of them present to the Summit attendees their views on important global and regional trends. This included presentations from partners from:

• Spain

• Turkey

• Romania

• South Africa 

• China

AFT is working hard to better equip our channel partners so that they can help you be more successful. We thank all of those who were able to attend this year.
