What is the AFT Channel Partner Summit?
It is a bi-annual gathering held in Colorado Springs, Colorado USA. Channel Partners from around the world get together to meet each other, share information and have fun.
Cost: Channel Partners pay for their travel and hotel costs. AFT will provide all activities and meals including daily breakfasts. Additionally, AFT provides transportation the full time you are in Colorado Springs. Spouses / guests are welcome to join us for all evening meals and activities.
Travel: You can either fly directy into Colorado Springs (COS) or fly into Denver International Airport (DIA). A shuttle to Colorado Springs costs $50 each way or an Uber costs approx. $120 each way. DIA is about 1.5 hours from the hotel.
Lodging: AFT secures a block of room at a local hotel. Details, pricing and registration links are below.

Meals & Activities
Starting Sunday afternoon with the optional group outing, AFT will provide all activities and meals for attendees including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
Optional Sunday Daytime Event:
This year we will take any attendee who wishes to join us to the Royal Gorge. AFT will pick you up from your hotel and will entertain you with the gorge, lunch, drinks, and snacks. We will have you back to the hotel with enough time to rest and get ready for the opening dinner.
Sunday Evening Opening Dinner:
Will take place at a restauraunt near your. You will be able to walk or ride the shuttle to the restaurant.
Summit Days: This is three full days of presentations, activities and comradery. Get to know AFT staff and other Channel Partners in this relaxed setting. Hear how other Channel Partners promote AFT and have a voice in the future of sales, marketing, and development efforts. You will be abe to meet the behind-the-scenes develpment and support employees who make our software great!
Intertwined Dinners & Activities:
Be ready to eat and drink! You will definitely not go hungry while you are with us. On your registration, please let us know if you have any allergies or physical limitations.
Wednesday Closing Dinner:
Our closing dinners are held at beautiful locations with 5-star meals. More details to come, but we know you will truly enjoy the experience.
Thursday & Friday Optional Training:
Stay for a few more days and attend Thursday and Friday hands-on trainig sessions to learn more about new products and new features. A request for topics will arrive later, but for now you can probably expect to learn xStream, xStream PFA, maybe Arrow XTS, and more.

Summits Through the Years
AFT has been valuing our Channel Partners since the first one joined us in August 1994. This was Brian McManus and PISCES Engineering of the United Kingdom. Channel Partners in France and Venezuela soon followed and thus our family of Channel Partners began to grow. Today we are 40 partners strong who cover 80+ countries.
AFT hosted the first Channel Partner Summit in 2005 when we were located in Woodland Park. They went skiing that year. For some who weren't used to snow, it was quite an adventure! The Channel Partner Summit has been held bi-annually since then with the exception of 2009.

While each Summit offers a unique experience, in each video you will see a common theme. Each Summit we take a western photo. Some love it, some really don't love it... but it's fun to dress up, cram into tight quarters and take a memento photo. When you come to our office you will see a Channel Partner wall that pays tribute to each of you. Directly across from this wall you can find all of these pictures proudly displayed.
