Houston User Group 2016

At AFT, success is measured by how equipped our users are to handle any project that is given to them.

Last week, we hosted our Houston area User Group at the Hyatt Regency in the Houston Galleria to give our users a chance to network, unwind, and learn more about our software.  For this event we used two examples of real models to educate users on applications, as well as tips and tricks. Dave Jackson presented one of the largest models we have ever presented, which included 804 pipes, 707 junctions, and a total of 95 scenarios, while Judy Hodgson presented a model of a Naval fire suppression system that highlighted the efficiency of Scenario Manager.

Both presentations not only gave practical knowledge of how to use the software- they gave attendees the chance to see the problem solving skills of industry professionals. Not to mention the time to network, enjoy wine, cheese, beer, and other appetizers!

Events like this also give us the opportunity to visit customers in the Houston area and provide lunch and learns, in which we are able to provide a personalized presentation and provide a time for Q and A.

So! If you didn’t get a chance to make it to this one, check our website and your email. We would love to see you at our next event. In addition, we would love to come provide a lunch and learn if your office is nearby- just let us know!
