Houston User Group
We believe it is our job to create community for our software users, which is why we host User Groups throughout the year!
What is a user group?
It’s a chance to network, eat good food, meet with us, and hear long-term AFT users describe how they solved complex engineering problems with our software. This latest user group, held in the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas, was our third of the year.
We had two highly-decorated speakers present for us: Ryan Donahe from WorleyParsons and James M. Blanding, Ph.D., from DuPont Company. They both had stellar presentations on relevant and applicable topics. Ryan spoke about “System Curves and Control Valve Pressure Drop for Highly Branched Systems” and James spoke about “Pulsation Analysis in Positive Displacement Pump Systems Using Waterhammer, Modal and Animation Software.”
If you are reading this and would like to attend a future User Group, you are in luck! We have one coming up on October 5 from 4:30-7 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, Centennial Room, 7800 E Tufts Ave, Denver, CO 80237.
We will see you there!
