Support may be obtained either by phone or email. In some cases it is extremely helpful, if not necessary, for us to see your model. Support by email is ideal for this since you can send us your model file as an attachment. When doing so, remember to include your question in the body of the email. Response will be prompt, either by email or phone, as appropriate.
Full license purchases come with the first year of Support, Upgrade & Maintenance (SUM) and may be annually renewed thereafter. An SUM allows you to maintain continuous support or, if your support has expired, to reinstate it.
